    Hypoxylon fragiforme (Pers.:Fr.) Kickx - Photo : A. Paris

     

    Stroma globuleux, cannelle à rouge brique, puis noir, couvert de périthèces verruqueux. Chair brun-noir, friable. Sur bois mort (hêtre surtout).
